The following neutrals have completed the Institute’s two-day EDR Mediation training. They are trained in advanced techniques and best practices for applying the EDR Mediation Guidelines, enabling them to tailor the process to each dispute and to work with the parties to quantify risk and develop realistic settlement options.

Mediators marked with an asterisk have completed additional Institute training and passed an assessment qualifying them to serve on the AAA’s EDR Mediation Panel.

The EDR Institute does not endorse or recommend specific mediators. Parties are encouraged to conduct their own inquiries when selecting a mediator.
