Trained Neutrals
The following individuals have successfully completed the Institute’s two-day training course on the EDR Process. This training equips neutrals with advanced techniques and best practices, enabling them to navigate complex scenarios using a risk analysis approach to help parties identify a reasonable settlement range for resolving cases.
Please note that the EDR Institute does not endorse or recommend specific neutrals. Parties are encouraged to conduct their own inquiries when selecting a neutral.
